heated pitot..and this plane has been updated including the 60 Amp
alternator STC update with the Pitot Heat..all STC paperwork is in Logs.

A&P Engine...this Engine was completely rebuilt to Factory New
Specifications by Custom Airmotive Of Tulsa, Oklahoma. One of the

MEDICAL.
I PUT AN HOUR OR SO ON THIS PLANE A MONTH AGO, WHEN I
WAS CHECKING IT OUT FOR HIM, AND FOUND THE PLANE TO BE IN OVERALL GOOD
CONDITION. IT FLIES AND HANDLES WELL.

THIS IS THE LYCOMING 112HP O-235-L2C THE ENGINE HAS A
TBO OF 2400 OR 2500HRS AND THE WAY THIS ONE SOUNDS AND RUNS I WOULD
EXPECT TO GET SEVERAL HUNDRED MORE OUT OF IT BEFORE ANY MAJOR WORK
WOULD BE NEEDED.
THIS IS A GOOD LOW COST TIME BUILDER THAT WILL BURN
IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF 5 TO 5.5 GPH. FLYING DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER
THAN THAT FOR A FULL SIZE 2 PLACE AIRPLANE.
ALL ADS APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
THE LOGS ARE COMPLETE FROM DAY ONE.
THIS IS A NICE LOOKING BIRD THAT IS AN 8 OUTSIDE,
NEEDS A GOOD WASH AND WAX AND IS A 7 OR 8 INSIDE. IT HASN'T FLOWN MUCH
IN THE LAST YEAR OR TWO.
THE PAINT LOOKS GOOD BUT HAS SOME MINOR CRAZING ON THE NOSE BOWL.
THE INTERIOR LOOKS GOOD WITH SOME MINOR EXCEPTIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS AGE. (SHOWN)
THE OIL FILTER WAS CUT OPEN AND NO METAL WAS FOUND.
