This beautiful nativity scene from beloved folk artist Jim Shore is BRAND NEW FOR 2007. Stable measures 7.75" tall. Tallest figurine measures 4.5". Please note that the Jim Shore figurines are made of resin. The Creche is made of wood. The resin figurines are made to look like they were carved out of old wood. The striations (or lines) that appear to be cracks are not really cracks or imperfections but are made that way on purpose to make the pieces have a rustic, old vintage look of carved wood. No two pieces are exactly alike as each piece is carefully hand painted.
