1996 Yamaha Blaster NICE New Parts & Top End

What's missing: To the best of my recollection, oil tank/injector pump, front headlight, parking brake function, and plastic heel guards are the only OEM parts/features missing from this quad. However, these could be added by new owner if desired. Oil tank, tank guard, and pump can be installed and re-connected to carb. Mounts and wiring are intact for light. Change lever and rear brake cable for parking brake. Change steel nerf plates [foot guard] and rear tires to attach heel guards - the internal mounting lug on each nerf plate has been removed to make room for larger rear tires. I may have some of these parts if desired, but, I happen to like this as is........

What's NICE:

1996 Frame and Front A-arms that have been professionally sand-blasted and re-painted by automotive repair shop. New bushings installed on a-arms. Ball joints and boots are good.

New heavy duty front a-arm skid plates. Used, but good heavy duty rear swingarm skid plate.

Front spindles and brake drums from 2001 Blaster. Front brakes and cables are upgraded from original and all good.

1997 Engine with less than 1 hour run time new top end. Oil block-off installed - therefore runs on pre-mix only.

New rear axle bearings. New shock covers all around.

New Seat Cover. Pan, foam, and latch all good.

Plastics are good with some scratches. Front bumper re-painted.

Rear brake caliper cleaned, re-greased, with new internal operator and pads installed. New rear shorty brake cable.

New front sprocket, chain, and chain rollers. Rear sprocket is very good.

Like new Aluminum Douglas Rims all around in Excellent condition. Front tires are like new take-offs from a newer Blaster. Rear Tires are NEW.
