Leading you through various strength and flexibility exercises throughout your workout, you’re not only getting cardio in but also some resistance training as well. When you use the iFit feature, you practically have a Certified Personal Trainer standing right there with you as you’re talked through the various exercises. With step by step instructions, it’s pretty difficult to not know what you’re doing.
