The Proform XP 520 Razor Elliptical is much like its younger brother, the Proform XP 420 because it features the same 3.75 inch wide elliptical mechanism that’s said to be half as wide the more traditional ellipticals. The result of this is that not only is space saved, your strides also become more natural and ergonomic. They actually have a name for this improved motion that’s more comfortable and thus better for your body, it’s called the Natural Motion Technology.
Common to a lot of Proform ellipticals, the Proform XP 420 Razor also allows you to modify your stride length. The effects of this are that you can give different muscles in your body a workout instead of the same old muscles every time. Better results such as more calories burned are likely to be achieved when more muscles are worked.
This model from the Proform Razor series features 9 total programs.
