With a compact design and a sophisticated look, the Proform 450 Elliptical is going to be a welcome addition to your home. Coming in at less than 4 inches wide, this elliptical is approximately half as wide as a normal elliptical. What this means is that you can perform strides on this machine that are ergonomic.
To get your body into the best shape, you need to challenge it by putting different types of stress on it. With the SMR also known as the Silent Magnetic Resistance system, you can do precisely that by easily adjusting the resistance and thus the difficult of your workout. Not only is the resistance adjustable, the stride length is as well at 12” and 16”.
Note that although the machine comes with a sufficient 6 personal trainer workouts, it only supports users that are lighter than 250 pounds. The 5 years frame warranty is a little weak but the 90 days parts and labor is even weaker. Depending on your budget and your needs, you might want to consider a more advanced model. But no matter which Proform Elliptical you choose, more often than not, it will come with fans to help you stay cool. The Proform 450 Elliptical is no exception to this rule.
