When I started having my anxiety/panic attacks, I typed in a question what is anxiety or panic attack. In most people opinion, the answer was that those two are the same. Basically it is a strong fear that happens all of a sudden. Mine came at me very strong and I thought I was dying. I could not function for a whole week. They were very frequent and I actually did not go to work.
As almost everyone else I have turned to Internet for a solution to my problem. I searched and I have come to the conclusion that some bad lifestyle habits would need to change and change quickly. So I started going to health stores in my area looking for some tea remedies to calm my nerves. I also took out coffee and replaced it with tea. Instead of junk food, a lot healthier diet and many more.
However, since my search started, I got an idea to write a little short blog. There is voting going on what in your opinion causes anxiety. What are the main symptoms? And do you think you can cure your anxieties without medication.
I know reading about other people having same issues as myself, has helped me a lot.
