Van Voorhies Carr for 24 years, and now, at his 73years of age, he continues
making these beautiful pieces. He was responsible for the execution ofmany of
Margot's designs. His artist'sregistry number of "MR." "TR-114" is widely recognized as one that uses Margot's
original molds. This is such a piece!!!!

This bracelet is sterling silver. I'm sure you've seen this classicMargot's piece before. This one has a nice turquoiseblue enamel and little details in blackenamel. It is a wonderful design, produced by "Margot de Taxco". It was first
introduced in the early 1950's. In
1954 this design won first place in the national silver fair,
Celebrated every year in Taxco,
Mexico. You
can see why, just take a look at the wonderful detail and complex work,which
makes it a unique piece of jewelry. This
piece was made with a "980" sterling
silver purity, betterquality silver than the most common 925. It also carries
the newest Melesio'shallmark.
The bracelet is one and a half inch wide at its widest point (the
centerpiece). It has a wearable length of six and three quarter
inches.
