Flat shipping & Handling charge . Please note that you could be charge more when checking out at paypal, because our shipping is set for a flat fee. We will refund back thur paypal any money charge over. Place in message box any size color and any other information you want us to know.
- Place color and Item # in message box at paypal if more than one product is in ad.
- We don't ship to any address other than on your credit card. If customers want to ship to any other address, they will have to mail their to us, using a Postal Money.
- We don't ship to Post Office Box.
- RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, we have hundreds of items from which you can choose an exchange. Returns of more than two items will be subject to 25% of re-stocking fee.
Returns must be authorized via email for authorization number, and all claims must be made within 3 days of receiving merchandise. We will refund the amount of the merchandise but not the shipping & handing charge.

- Incorrect Address, Not in on 3 delivery attempts or Change of Address Charges:
All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to Terrells Retail due to the following: (incorrect address, no-one available to accept delivery, requests to change an address once the order has been placed) will be charged for the additional shipping to re-send the order. Unfortunately, UPS and the USPS will not refund the shipping cost and therefore we must pass this cost on if you have provided incorrect information. In fact UPS charges us an additional $7.00 per package, so please be sure to provide a valid address that a package can be delivered to successfully.
-Refused Package:
All orders that are refused upon deliver will be cancelled upon return. All money collected on said orders will be refunded less the shipping and handling charges.
-Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse orders based on restricted sales category, geographical area or credit history.
-Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Terrells Retail or its affiliates accept liability for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sales or delivery of goods or services. Regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, nor shall buyers damages exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or services.
-Shipping & Handling: All returns must be sent to us prepaid, ALL Shipping and Handling charges are an expense paid to a third party and are NON-Refundable.
-Prices are subject to change without notice. Extremely large orders or special orders may be required to pre-pay prior in advance.
